Union Street Industrial

Design for three 300,000 SF industrial buildings. This project included rail siding, a 1.5-acre wetland permit, 2,000 linear foot stream realignment, NYSDOT permits and other typical site design on a +/- 50-acre development footprint.

The scope of work also involved boring a 42” casing under the Union Street overpass for the construction of the sanitary sewer main. Watermain design included backflow design and watermain layout to serve the 900,000 SF industrial park.
