Vargas Associates Office Renovation

Interior office renovation and expansion of an existing 4,400 SF office space for Vargas Associates. This project included a complete interior renovation and the
expansion of the current office space into an adjacent vacant tenant space. The updated interior finishes and layout were re-imagined to create a space that is
welcoming to clients and employees while showcasing Architectural and Interior design. Relocating the existing reception and waiting area creates a space for clients
to gather and provides easy wayfinding.

The newly renovated collaborative work spaces encourage employees to engage and coordinate on project tasks, building
cohesion and workplace culture. The workstation space was renovated to include a higher ceiling, creating an airy feeling while the addition of ceiling clouds
throughout maintains a healthy balance of noise control. Phone rooms have been added to allow for privacy when necessary.
