Walnut Homes is a scattered site development of affordable housing for low income families in Niagara Falls. It is comprised of new townhomes, multi-family apartment buildings and included the rehabilitation of the existing historic former school administration building into apartments and a community center. Passero provided full range of design and construction administration services for this project. The project is funded by New York State DHCR and HHAP. The buildings are designed and built to receive LEED for Homes certification.
