Webster Park Lodge and Parking Improvements

This project consists of a new lodge and two ±85 space parking lots, one to serve the existing “White House” and the other to serve the new lodge. Site improvements included security lighting, stormwater management areas, sidewalk and minor landscaping. The new lodge features a wall of glass that faces the lake with dramatic lake views, a covered porch, kitchenette, and 99-person lodge area. The lodge and associated parking lot was constructed through a bid and award phase. The White House parking lot was constructed by MCDOT and Parks staff. Passero Associates provided construction support and survey stakeout services.
