Webster REDI Sandbar Park

To mitigate flooding impacts in the area, this project included raising Lake Road and constructing a flood wall. The realignment of Lake Road necessitated parkland alienation, involving extensive permitting and approval. The project also encompassed the redesign of Sandbar Park to provide passive and active recreational facilities and a new shade structure, public bathrooms, and space for a restaurant.
