YMCA Eastside of Greater Rochester

Passero Associates was retained to design this 69,000 SF YMCA family recreation facility, which is garnering national attention due to its unique design aesthetic, state-of-the-art equipment and fitness programs. Passero Associates provided Project Management, Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, Planning, Approvals Management and Construction Administration Services. The design and site placement brings light and an open feeling into nearly every corner of the building. The facility is sited on over fifty acres.
