Planning & Development, GIS, Environmental, and Landscape Architecture Consultants

Passero's experienced planners, transportation engineers, and landscape architects partner with our clients to ensure their vision becomes reality. Our attention to detail results in more livable, environmentally friendly, and sustainable projects.

Planning Services

We help clients make informed decisions about their projects; large or small, new construction or adaptive reuse. We consider the topography, natural resources, landforms, vegetation, condition of existing structures, and infrastructure needs to recommend a sensible site layout, the best design and placement of energy efficient buildings, and address restoration, renovation and retrofitting needs. This approach results in a practicable direction for the master planning of communities, campuses, workplaces, civic and commercial spaces and districts, affordable housing development, transit-oriented and mixed-use development, waterfront development, community and recreation facilities, and natural systems restoration.
